Privacy Policy

1. Information used by the service

• Account information used for sign-in, such as your email address and account identifier.
• Connection information needed to access the Gmail account you authorize.
• Selected email report information, including sender, subject, date, message identifiers, and preview snippets from the reporting period.
• Questions you submit to the agent and the resulting report summaries, statuses, and action flags.

2. Gmail access and purpose

Signing in does not automatically grant inbox access. You separately authorize Gmail through Google’s consent screen. Each user connects their own account. The app uses read-only Gmail access to identify and summarize daily reports; its report-reading flow does not send email or delete Gmail messages.

3. Lyzr analysis and service providers

Selected Gmail report information is sent to Lyzr for analysis to generate your dashboard. Your email address or account identifier and an agent session identifier accompany requests. Questions you submit to the agent are also sent to Lyzr. This means email-derived content leaves Gmail for processing by the service and Lyzr.

Google provides Gmail authorization and email access. Lovable Cloud and Lovable’s connection service support the app, sign-in, and Gmail connectivity. Those providers and Lyzr also have their own terms and privacy practices. This notice does not promise a particular provider retention period or provider training policy.

4. Your choices and disconnecting

You can disconnect Gmail from the dashboard to stop further inbox refreshes through that connection. You can also review and remove the app’s access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Disconnecting is not the same as deleting your app account or information already processed by Lyzr or other providers.

5. Retention and deletion requests

A fixed retention schedule is not specified in this notice. Account records, connection records, and previously processed information may be handled differently by the services involved. To request account or data deletion, or ask about retention, email chintan_khatri7@yahoo.com. Requests require review; this notice does not guarantee immediate removal from provider systems or backups.

6. Reports about other people

Only connect an account you are authorized to use, and only process team reports when you have the necessary permission. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for reporting. See the Terms of Service for your responsibilities.
