Terms of Service
Effective date: November 7, 2026
These terms describe use of Daily Report Console, operated by ReportsDashboard, for reviewing team daily reports from a user’s connected Gmail account.
1. The service
The service organizes email-derived report information into summaries, reporting statuses, repeat-content flags, and suggested actions using Lyzr analysis. Availability of Gmail connectivity and analysis depends on the services involved.
2. Your account
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and connect only a Gmail account you are authorized to access. Do not share another person’s account or attempt to access another user’s dashboard or connection.
3. Permission to process team reports
You are responsible for having permission to process reports and information about your team. Before connecting Gmail, review the Privacy Policy, including the disclosure that selected report content is sent to Lyzr for analysis. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share with the service or its analysis provider.
4. Review AI-generated results
Agent summaries, missing-report labels, and flags may be incomplete or incorrect. Check the original report before acting. The dashboard is a review aid, not a substitute for your judgment, and should not be the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, or other consequential decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, or misuse information obtained from connected accounts. Follow the applicable requirements of Google and other providers when using their services.
6. Disconnecting and account requests
You can stop using the service and disconnect Gmail from the dashboard. Disconnecting stops future updates through that connection; it does not automatically delete your account or previously processed information. Contact support for account or data deletion requests as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and contact
